Sovereign Trust Promotes Mental, Physical Health Of Staff With Fitness Exercise
Sovereign Trust Insurance PLC’s quarterly fitness and wellness bonding exercise for staff of the company took place today.
The programme which took place at the premises of the Company’s Head Office in Victoria Island Lagos, is an initiative geared towards promoting mental and physical health of staff of Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc with the aim of rejuvenating and revitalizing the minds for greater and better performance in the workplace.
It is also intended to promote bonding amongst staff of the organisation.
