PTAD Presents certificate of non-indebtedness to African Alliance Insurance

The Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) today formally presented a certificate on non-indebtedness to African Alliance Plc, to acknowledge that the underwriter has cleared all the ascertained debt from the pension assets in its custody.
Executive Secretary, PTAD, Dr. Chioma Ejikeme, at the event expressed her appreciation to the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, African Alliance Insurance, Joyce Ojemudia and her team for clearing the debt and enjoined other insurance companies, that are still in possession of pension assets to follow suit.
