PenCom Approves 2023 Audited Accounts Of 19 PFAs, Payment Of Dividend To Shareholders Of 10 PFAs

The National Pension Commission (PenCom) has reviewed and approved the 2023-year end Audited Financial Statements of Nineteen (19) Pension Fund Operators and Seven Additional Benefit Schemes.
The Commission also approved applications for the payment of dividend to shareholders of ten PFAs for the year ended 31 December 2023.
The PFAs are Access Pensions Limited, NLPC Pension Fund Administrators Limited, Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited, NPF Pensions Limited, CrusaderSterling Pensions Limited, Oak Pensions Limited, Trustfund Pensions Limited, Fidelity Pension Managers Limited, Nigerian University Pension Management Company Limited and Leadway Pensure PFA Limited.
PenCom disclosed these in it’s 2024 Second Quarter Report published recently.
The Commission, during the period under review processed and issued a total of 13,047 Pension Clearance Certificates (PCCs) to organizations that met the requirements and the sum of N143.13 billion was remitted into the Retirement Savings Accounts (RSAs) of 188,426 employees of the 13,047 organizations issued PCCs.
