Only Spiritual Solution Can Stop Boko Haram/Herdsmen menace – Dr. Nosa Aizotoigbe

The General Overseer of City of Zion Ministry, Lagos, Dr. Nosa Aizotoigbe, has advised the Federal Government of Nigeria to look beyond military solution to the Boko Haram insurgency and Fulani herdsmen killings in some parts of the country.
Dr. Aizotoigbe gave this advice in an interview with www.therevealerng.com on the recent Boko Haram killings in Maiduguri, Borno State.
He said despite the military efforts by the federal government over the years to stop the Boko Haram insurgency, the terrorist group continues claiming more lives on a frequent basis, particularly in North-East region of the country.
“It is regrettable that despite the military efforts of the federal government to stop the Book Haram killings in some parts of the country, particularly in the North East region, the terrorist group has refused to cease fire. The recent Boko Haram killings in Maiduguri, Borno state, in spite of the military presence in that zone to curtail their activities, has shown that the Boko Haram insurgency has defiled military solution. Over the years, the government has heavily invested militarily to stop Boko Haram, yet the government said it has only defeated Boko Haram technically whilst their menace continues. Since the Boko Haram insurgency has defiled military solution, only spiritual solution is now left to stop them. So, I want to appeal to the government to seek spiritual solution to stop Boko Haram activities in the country,’ the cleric advised.
He added that the Fulani herdsmen killing across the country can only be resolved too by spiritual solution.
Aizotoigbe stressed that when the strength of men has failed in providing solution to problems, spiritual solution is the only often option left, which he noted can never fail.
“Spiritual solution can never fail. Boko Haram and Fulani herdsmen menace appeared to have defiled military solution. But the menace can never defile spiritual solution,” Aizotoigbe declared.
Dr. Aizotoigbe, a prophetic evangelist and general overseer of one of the fast growing churches in Nigeria, disclosed that his church is planning a special intercessory prayer conference for the country titled “War Against Boko Haram and the killer herdsmen in Nigeria.”
“It is going to be a total spiritual warfare against Boko Haram and the killer herdsmen in the country. We are going to host prayer warriors from all over the country to intercede in prayers for Nigeria. We will cry to God to rescue Nigeria from the hands of Boko Haram and the killer herdsmen. This is the spiritual solution we are talking about. Apart from this, there are aspects of the spiritual solutions that we cannot disclose publicly. We are making efforts to meet with the leadership of this country in private to share these aspects of the spiritual solutions with them. I can assure Nigerians and our leaders that Boko Haram and the killer herdsmen cannot defy spiritual solution. We are going to raise the altar of God against them. They will finally submit and Nigeria will become totally free from Boko Haram and the killer herdsmen,’. Aizotoigbe assured.
