Nestle Nigeria in Partnership With Lagos Business School Sustainability Centre to Hold Webinar July 4
Nestle Nigeria Plc in partnership with Lagos Business School Sustainability Centre (LBSSC) has concluded plans to hold a one-day webinar for media practitioners with the theme ‘Climate Change Implications For Food And Nutrition Outcomes: The Role Of The Media’.
The insightful webinar will to take place on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
According to the organisers, as we all know, climate change is a critical issue affecting not only our planet but also our food and nutrition systems. The role of the media in shaping awareness and driving positive change cannot be overstated.
“This webinar is the perfect opportunity to learn from industry experts and contribute to the conversation around climate change, food and nutrition outcomes,” organisers added.
The programme will be co-hosted by Oreva Atanya, Head Sustainability Centre, Lagos Business School Sustainability and Victoria Uwadoka, Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Manager, Nestle Nigeria.
Experts to speak at the webinar include Olumide Idowu, co-founder of International Climate Change Development Initiative (ICCDI) Africa; Dr Dolapo Kukoyi, Thematic Lead, Climate Change, Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) and Tuoyo Amouka, Chief Growth Officer and Special Project Lead, Vanguard Media Limited.
