NDIC Disowns Fake Recruitment Website
The Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) has disassociated itself from a fake recruitment website (https://fhc-ng.com/ndic-recruitment-application-form-portal/) with the subject: “NDIC Recruitment 2024/2025 Application Form Portal,” stating that it has not appointed any agent or consultant to facilitate a non-existent job recruitment exercise on behalf of the Corporation.
NDIC also urged the general public to disregard and discountenance the purported recruitment exercise.
The Corporation’s refutal was contained in a statement issued by the Director, Communications and Public Affairs Development, Mr. Bashir Nuhu.
The statement reads “The attention of the Management of Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) has been drawn to a fake recruitment website (https://fhc-ng.com/ndic-recruitment-application-form-portal/) with the subject: “NDIC Recruitment 2024/2025 Application Form Portal.”
“The website claims that NDIC is getting ready to hire new people. The site claims to offer information on the purported recruitment and how to apply for a job in NDIC.
“The site also asked prospective job seekers to visit the NDIC’s website (www.ndic.gov.ng) to submit an application form.
“For the avoidance of doubt, the Corporation hereby states categorically that it has not appointed any agent or consultant to facilitate a non-existent job recruitment exercise on behalf of the Corporation.
“The NDIC seizes this opportunity to urge the general public to disregard and discountenance the purported recruitment exercise.
