Linkage Assurance Appoints Mr Pius Otia As Non Executive Director

Linkage Assurance Plc has approved the appointment of Mr Pius Otia as its non-executive director.

The company said in a statement that the approval was communicated to the chairman of its board through a letter dated December 8, 2021.

“He is a former member of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly. Mr Otia holds B.Sc. Political Admin. Studies and MBA (Accounting) both from the University of Port Harcourt.”

It said, “Mr Pius Otia is a seasoned public servant and businessman. He is the Managing Director, Prime Project Montessori Model School Ltd, Yenagoa. He is a former member of Bayelsa State House of Assembly.

“Mr Otia holds BSc Political and Admin Studies and MBA (Accounting) both of the University of Port Harcourt.”
