LBS Int’l Sustainability Confab 2021: Experts Identify Roadmap For Global Trade, Sustainable Development

The two-day Lagos Business School International Sustainability Conference with the theme “Maximizing Global Trade For Sustainable Development commenced today with experts who spoke at the webinar sharing their trade and business experiences and also suggesting ways that will enhance global trade for sustainable development.

The event commenced with opening remarks by Prof. Chris Ogbechie who said that the maximization of global trade for sustainable development can only be achieved through the creation of sustainable economic growth.

Ogbechie who described the social impact as the business of business, emphasized the importance to take a social lens to materiality or materiality in terms of expenditure and also using it by business operators to frame their sustainability approach.
