The management of Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc has concluded plans for its 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Lagos.
In a release today, the management said, “We are pleased to notify you that the 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Law Union & Rock Insurance PLC is scheduled to hold on Tuesday, 25th June, 2019 at the Agip Recital Hall, Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos State at 11:00am.

It urged the shareholders to log on to the company’s website (https://lawunioninsurance.com/50thagm/) for the necessary information including e-copy of the 2018 Annual Report and Accounts which contains the Notice of Meeting, Annual Report, Unclaimed Dividends List, as well as the Proxy Form.
