GOXI Microinsurance Emerges Company of the Year
GOXI Microinsurance Limited, has been awarded the Micro Insurance Leadership Company of the Year 2023 by the African Leadership Review.
In a statement, Chief Executive Officer, GOXI Microinsurance Limited, Mr. Shina Gbadegesin noted that the company was honoured and proud to receive the award and attributed it to the’s company’s commitment to leadership excellence and its impact on the development of the African economy through micro-insurance.
He stated: “We are committed to empowering lives and securing futures through micro-insurance solutions. We are open to partnership with microfinance banks, institutions, and different forms of association, telcos, aggregators and other veritable stakeholders collaborating to deliver risk management solutions to low-income, micro, and small-scale enterprises.
“It is indeed gratifying to note that there are organizations like African Leadership Review who rewards genuine contributions of organizations to different sector of the economy. While thanking the organisers, we consider this award as a motivation to do more.”
Acknowledging the challenges faced in providing insurance coverage to individuals at the bottom end of society, he reassured of company’s commitment to addressing these challenges.
