PTAD to resume partial in-house verification, Complaints Resolution
Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) said it will resume partial in-house verification and complaints resolution with effect from Tuesday, August 25, 2020.
The in-house verification which will also enable it attend to pensioners’ enquiries and complaints, PTAD stated, will take place at the Directorate’s Corporate Headquarters in Abuja, will be based on appointment only.
Taking the pensioners’ welfare into consideration, PTAD stated that pensioners will be invited on a given date and time in line with the COVID-19 protocol.

According to the Directorate, “PTAD wishes to inform our esteemed Pensioners/NoKs that the Management has approved the partial resumption of the In-House verification and complaints resolution at the Directorate’s Headquarters, Abuja with effect from Tuesday, August 25, 2020.
“However, bearing in mind that we are still dealing with Covid-19 pandemic and the need for adequate social distancing, the In-House verification will be based on appointment only Pensioners will be invited on a given date and time following a review of their documents. All invitees will be informed accordingly.”
It stated further that “Pensioners wishing to be verified should submit their documents by email to verification@ptad.gov.ng OR by regular mail to: The Executive Secretary, Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate, 22, Katsina Ala Crescent, Off Yedseram Street, Maitama, Abuja.
For Pensioners having complaints, they are asked to submit their complaints by email to: complaints@ptad.gov.ng OR can upload their complaints using the complaint link on PTAD website www.ptad.gov.ng

Meanwhile, in line with its assurance to continue to clear outstanding arrears for ex-workers of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO), PTAD has paid the 4th batch of 50 NAHCO Ex- workers their One-Off outstanding entitlement.
With the latest development, a total number of 222 Ex- workers of NAHCO have received One-Off payment of their outstanding entitlement.
