Christian Benefits Media Celebrates 20th Anniversary, Holds 2019 BAME Awards Sept 29

The Board of Trustees and management of Christian Benefits Media Ministry have concluded arrangement for it’s 20th anniversary and 2019 BAME Awards presentations.
The theme of this year’s anniversary celebration and awards, according to the organisers is “Expanding The Frontiers of Gospel.”
The event which is scheduled for Sunday September 29, 2019, will hold at the Impress Hotel and Event Center, KM 1, LASU – Isheri Expressway, beside Diamond Estate, Isheri Olofin, Lagos.
Expecting to grace the occasion as Guest Speaker and to deliver the event’s theme lecture is Bishop (Dr.) David Adetiloye while the former Chairman, Board of Trustees, Christian Benefits Media Ministry, Rev. Olufemi Ibironke, will be the Father of the Day.
Speaking on the BAME Awards and the 20th anniversary celebration of the Christian Benefits Media Ministry, the Managing Director /Chief Executive Officer of the Ministry who is also the Editor-in-chief of the Christian Benefits Magazine, Pastor Wole Olarinde, said the BAME Awards which was instituted in 2004 to celebrate and encourage those individuals, men of God, Ministries, institutions and good corporate citizens who have been in the fore front of supporting the expansions and growths of the gospel both locally and internationally stands for Benefits Awards for Missionary Excellence (BAME).
“Benefits Awards for Missionary Excellence (BAME) was instituted in 2004 as an Annual event by a Board of trustees for recognition of outstanding christian individuals and works.
“BAME awards presentation, which started in 2004 is presented in seven (7) different categories namely Christian Music, Christian Drama, Christian Charity, Christian Entrepreneur, Christian service, Christian literature and Christian mission.
“Over the years from the 2004 maiden presentation of the awards till date, over 50 individuals or ministries have been honored with the BAME Awards spread across all the seven (7) different categories.
“BAME awards is an arm of Christian Benefits magazine but is managed by a Board of trustees of people of impeccable personalities namely Rev. Mrs. Yeside Staveley (Chairman), Rev. Tony Akinyemi (Vice-Chairman), Apostle Elisamma Ideh, Pastor Ayo Ayolola and Dr. Samson Makinde,” Pastor Wole Olarinde said
Pastor Wole Olarinde is the Executive Director of BAME awards while Mrs. Funmi Olarinde is the Executive Secretary.
The 2019 BAME awards honors will be presented to fifteen (15) recipients across all the seven (7) categories.
