PTAD Reschedules Parastatals Pensioners Verification Exercise
The Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) said it has rescheduled the Parastatals Pensioner Verification Exercise for pensioners and Next of Kin (NoK) of all federally funded Parastatals, Agencies and Institutes in the South West, South East, North East, North West, North Central regions and FCT under the Defined Benefit Scheme (DBS).
PTAD said the rescheduling of the exercise is to enable the Directorate review the outcome of the verification exercise in Lagos and the South-South Region and restrategise towards ensuring greater efficiency and improved pensioner satisfaction.
They informed the general public that the exercise will now recommence from the Second week of July 2019.
The Directorate while urging the public to Please note that the new dates and venues for the exercise will be announced on the 28th of June 2019, assured pensioners that the postponement will not affect monthly pension payments.
The management of the Directorate also apologized for the pensioners on the postponement.
