NAICOM Boss Invites Housing and Urban Development Minister To 2023 National Conference
The Commissioner for Insurance/Chief Executive Officer, National Insurance Commission (NAICOM), Mr. Olorundare Sunday Thomas has invited the Minister for Housing and Urban Development, Arc. Ahmed Musa Dangiwa to the 2023 National Insurance Conference.
The 2023 National Insurance with the theme “Redefining Safety – Insurance Solutions For Public Buildings and Buildings Under Construction,” is scheduled to take place at the Abuja Continental Hotel from October 22-24, 2023.
The invitation to the Housing and Urban Development Minister was personally communicated to him by NAICOM boss when a delegation from NAICOM paid a courtesy visit to the Honourable Minister yesterday as part of the Commission’s drive to ensure optimal participation in the 2023 National Insurance Conference.
The visit, according to a statement by NAICOM, afforded the Commissioner the opportunity to apprise the Minister of the activities of the Commission.
“Mr. Thomas also formally requested the physical attendance of the Minister at the National Insurance Conference being organised by the Commission, the statement added.
In his response, the statement stated, that the Minister accepted the Commission’s extended hands of collaboration in the area of compliance with the laws on public buildings and buildings under construction.
The statement confirmed the Minister’s promise that the Ministry of Housing will actively participate in the conference scheduled.
