NAICOM Takes Insurance Awareness To Katsina State

The National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) in continuation of its visits to various states of the federation to ensure the domestication of Insurance Laws and enforcement of compulsory insurance, was in Katsina State yesterday.
During the visit to the state, the Commissioner for Insurance and Chief Executive Officer of NAICOM, Olorundare Sunday Thomas led a powerful delegation comprising Directors and top management staff from the Commission on a courtesy visit to the Executive Governor of the state, His Excellency, Aminu Belo Masai.
Discussions at the meeting centred on plans and modalities for partnership between NAICOM and Katsina State to deepen insurance penetration and enforcement of compulsory insurance as well as the value and importance of insurance for the people of Katsina State.
