CIIN boss charges Nigerians To Embrace Insurance

President of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, CIIN, Mr Eddie Efekoha has called on more people to embrace Insurance stating that innovation and creativity have resulted in the creation of Insurance products for everyone no matter what side of life they find themselves.
He stated this during a courtesy visit by the Institute and Members of the Governi ng council to the Alake of Egbaland, His Royal Majesty, Oba Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo III.
Mr Efekoha commended the Monarch stating that the Institute came congratulate him on the occasion of his birthday and to pay homage to the Royal Stool. While commending him for the good work he has done, Mr Efekoha also communicated to the Monarch that the institute had come to seek for Royal Blessings with respect to the upcoming Annual Insurance Professionals’ forum.
Mr Efekoha further stated that the hospitality of the people was one of the key factors why Abeokuta remained a delightful location for the Institute’s Annual Professionals Forum.
He appealed to His Royal Majesty, Oba Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo III to help spread the gospel of Insurance amongst his people.
In his words “I will like to leverage on this occasion to implore you to encourage your people to embrace Insurance. There are products and services tailored for everyone no matter on which side of life they find themselves. Embracing Insurance is the only true way which the people can Live with Freedom”.
In response, the Monarch thanked the President of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and his entourage for their prayers and good wishes. He equally expressed his appreciation to the Institute for creating a special place for Abeokuta and the people of Ogun state in their hearts.
He wished the Institute well in all its activities and commended the Institute for its tireless efforts at promoting inclusion and awareness in the Insurance Industry.
The visit is part of activities in preparation for the commencement of the Annual Insurance professionals’ forum taking place in Abeokuta from Wednesday 19th of September to Saturday 22nd of September 2018. The Annual Insurance professional forum is the largest gathering of Insurance professionals in the country. The theme for this year’s event is “The Insurance Industry: Beyond Limits.”
